摘　　要：目的:研究油画类赝复配色颜料加入SY-1硅橡胶后的细胞毒性和溶血性能。方法:采用分子滤过法对颜料-硅橡胶复合体进行细胞毒性评价;采用分光光度计测定由试验材料所引起的新鲜抗凝兔血细胞红细胞溶解和游离血红蛋白程度。结果:在复合体与细胞材料相接触区域试验滤纸的外观呈现蓝染,与其它单层细胞区域相比较,染色密度无差异。细胞毒性评级为0级;复合体溶血率小于5%,不会引起急性溶血。结论:配色颜料-硅橡胶复合体在细胞毒性和急性溶血方面,具有良好的生物安全性。Objective： To observe the toxicological and hemolytic activity of pigment-elastomer complex. Methods： The filter diffusion test was adopted to demonstrate the nonspecific cytotoxicity of test materials. Fresh anti-coagulating rabbit blood was put into test materials and the hemolytic activity was detected by means of spectraphotometer. Results： There was no difference in staining intensity across the filter between the experimental and control groups. The scale of assessment was 0. The hemolytic rate in vitro of complex was less than 5%. Conclusion： Pigment-elastomer complex is secure and reliable in terms of material on toxicological and hemolytic activity.
