高职文秘专业情商培养探析

摘　　要：情商是评价一个人认知﹑理解﹑调控﹑表达情感以及运用情感自我激励能力高低的一个量化指标。情商的高低往往决定一个人的成败,对秘书而言情商更为重要。高职文秘专业必须重视情商的培养,专业教师可以综合使用情商意识灌输法﹑专业教师身教法﹑强化实践教学法﹑榜样教育法﹑学生主体教学法﹑赏识激励法等培养学生情商。EQ is an index to evaluate one＇s cognition, comprehension and expression of emouon, and to utilize emotion to inspire oneself. EQ always determines one＇s success,and it is especially significant to secretary major. More importance should be attached to culficating EQ. The teachers can develop the learners＇EQ by integrating the following approaches, such as pouring EQ into the leaners＇mind, setting good examples for the learners, strengthening practical teaching, focusing on learner-centred teaching, appreciating and encouraging the learners, etc.
