摘 要:以4种米粉为材料,利用OD260/280和OD260/230值及琼脂糖凝胶电泳比较普通CTAB法和PVP法对稻米制品基因组DNA的提取效果,并对样品进行转基因成分检测。结果显示,PVP法对米粉样品的DNA提取效果较CTAB法要好。4种米粉样品中均未扩增出CaMV35S启动子和cry1A基因成分。Genomic DNA of four rice products were extracted by two methods: general CTAB extraction method and PVP extraction method. The efficiencies of the two methods were evaluated according to OD260/OD280, OD260/OD230 and agarose electrophoresis. The four rice products were detected by PCR analysis using CaMV 35S promoter and crylA gene which were introduced into Bt rice by genetic engineering technology. The results showed PVP extraction method was more effiective for extracting genomic DNA from rice products. Furthermore, neither CaMV 35S promoter nor crylA gene was detected from the four rice products.
