摘 要:通过原生质体单核化技术处理18株金针菇菌丝体,获取其单核体材料,并进行比较。供试菌株中,9个菌株仅获得一种亲本交配型的单核体菌株,另9个菌株获得两种亲本型的单核体菌株,经X^2方法测算,有5个菌株的两种单核体菌株数目呈1:1,其余菌株的两种单核体菌株分布表现不同程度的偏离。通过观测不同菌株的单核体发现,一些出发菌株中分离的两种单核体在生长速度和菌落形态上比较相似,而另一些则表现明显差异,其中相同交配型的菌株间不表现差异。Parent monokaryons were obtained through protoplast monokaryotization of 18 test strains of F. velutipes and compared with the initial strains in order to provide reference to select cross breeding materials. Among all the test strains, there were nine strains from which only one parental mating type monokaryon was obtained,and from the rest two parental type monokaryons were obtained. The x^2 test showed that there were five strains whose number of two type monokaryon isolates was 1 : 1 ,and the rest showed a certain deviation in number of two type monokaryons. The com- parison of these monokaryons showed that the isolates of the same mating type from a parental dikaryon were identical in colonial morphology and mycelium growth rate, but different types of monokaryons from the same parental dikaryon could be similar or significantly different in morphological character and mycelium growth rate.
