摘　　要：高校德育管理具有政治方向性、组织开放性、效果后显性、隐形性等特点。当前影响高校德育管理实效的"瓶颈"主要表现在经验管理普遍、形式主义泛滥、管理意识淡化、队伍建设滞后等方面,需要从管理体制、管理制度、管理队伍、管理评估等方面进行改进和优化。The management of moral education is guided with political direction and organized openly, but it can not achieve a timely and obvious effect. At present, the ＂bottleneck＂ of the management is reflected in the generalization of the experience - based management, the overflow of the formalism, the poor management consciousness and the lag of the group construction. Therefore we need to improve and optimize the management of moral education in its system, regulation, group and the evaluation.
