摘 要:资源再利用和循环利用是可持续发展的客观要求。本文采用担子菌LMPQ_(39)和酵母菌Y_(18)混合固态发酵技术,成功地使玉米废渣转化为优质的配合蛋白饲料。经固态发酵中试生产,发酵产品纤维物质总降解率达41.42%,粗蛋白含量达21.86%。蛋白质营养学评价为:消化率80.71%,净利用率33.7%,生物价42.36。经毒理学分析:LD_(50)>10g/kg体重,精子畸变试验,微核试验和Ames试验均呈阴性。该技术可广泛应用于以淀粉为基质的配合蛋白饲料发酵生产,具明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。Corn residue was successfully transformed into high-quality mixed protein feed by Basidiomycetes LMPQ39 and Yeast Y18 mixed solid state fermentation. In the experiment of mixed solid fermentation, the cellulose content was totally degraded over 41.42%, the crude protein be enriched to 21.86%. The evaluation results of protein nutriology showed that the digestibility and net utilization were 80.71% and 33.76%, respectively. The toxicology evaluation results showed that LD50>10g/kg.w, and the results of spermo-terotogenic test, micronucleus test and Ames test were all negative. The technology, which has the apparent economic effect, social effect and production of mixed protein feed from starch.
