摘　　要：结合现代医学研究进展,分析伤寒六经病与严重感染性疾病导致的多脏器功能障碍综合征之间的关系,指出伤寒六经病证描述了由全身炎症反应综合征、急性肺损伤到多脏器功能障碍综合征的进展规律,并探讨了《伤寒论》中相关治则治法对多脏器功能障碍综合征治疗的影响。In conjunction with the progress of modern medical research,the six meridians syndromes of the Treatise on Febrile Disease were re-interpreted in the perspective of the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.The six meridians syndromes of the Treatise on Febrile Disease described the progress rule of the systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS),the evolution from acute lung injury(ALI)to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).The influence of related principles and methods of treatment to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome was discussed too.
