摘 要:通过观察蚯蚓组织学切片,研究了蚯蚓生物滤池中蚯蚓体壁角质层、表皮层以及环肌层显微结构的变化,并对两种滤料(陶粒和石英砂)中蚯蚓体壁组织结构的损伤程度进行了比较.结果表明:与人工养殖蚯蚓相比,蚯蚓生物滤池中蚯蚓体壁组织结构会受到一定程度的损伤,这与滤池中非常规的环境因子(水力冲刷和污染物质)有一定的关系,但主要是由滤料的物理磨损作用造成的;两种滤料相比,陶粒滤料中蚯蚓体壁组织结构的受损程度较小,这主要是由两种滤料不同的物理性状所引起的.Based on histology slice up, this paper presents the microstructure changes of earthworms' body wall in earthworm biofilter including the cuticle, epidermis and central muscle, as well as the injury comparison of earthworms' body wall in the biofiter with two types of filter mediums (ceramsite and quartz sand). The results show that compared with the artificial breeding earthworms in cow dung, the earthworms' body wall tissue is injured to a certain extent in the earthworm biofilter. Though partly related to the unconventional environmental factors (including hydraulic erosion and pollutants) of the earthworm biofilter, the injury is mainly to the physical attrition of filter mediums. However,the injury in ceramsite is slighter than that in quartz sand, which is mostly due to different physical characters.
