摘 要:在提高柴油机燃油效率和降低排放的同时,柴油机的压力也在不断提高,造成连杆轴承工作条件更加恶劣。由于连杆轴承表面发生弹性变形,使轴承宽度两边缘处的油膜厚度减小,导致连杆轴承的磨损,甚至引起粘着现象发生。为此,通过理论分析和试验验证,评定了实际柴油机连杆轴承的性能,找出了解决问题的工艺方法和途径。The diesel pressure and compression ratio is taller in the ceaseless rise for improving fuel oil's efficiency and lessening discharge, It's brings the connecting rod and bearing's running conditions badly especially. Since may elastic - deformation happened in connecting rod axle bearing outside, the oil film thickness that two border gets .along in axle bearing width is able to fall off, makes connecting rod axle bearing and the crank shaft produce stiffly contact leading to a- rousing an agglutination. This study having appraised the performance of diesel connecting rod and bearing in actual by theoretical analysis and test verification, has found out handicraft method and approach solving a problem.
