摘　　要：目的建立与评价新型农村合作医疗满意测评体系。方法以美国顾客满意度指数模型为蓝本,结合我国新型农农村合作医疗的特点设计测评体系。结果设计出了适合我国新型农村合作医疗的农民满意度测评模型与指标体系,为考核地方各级政府在新农合工作方面的绩效提供了有效的测评工具。结论测评体系具有一定的科学性、系统性,能够充分反映农民真实满意水平。Objective To establish and evaluate the participants＇ satisfaction test system for the New-style Rural Cooperative Medical Care（NRCMC）. Methods Based on the characteristic of NRCMC, American Customer Satisfaction index （ACSI） was used. Results A satisfaction test model and index system which provided an effective measurement tool for assessing local government＇ s performance was designed. Conclusion The test system is scientific and systematic, which can fully reflect the true level of farmers＇ satisfaction.
