摘　　要：本文列举了信息鉴别、信息获取和信息使用过程中出现的一系列障碍,进行了分类和部分产生原因说明。其中信息鉴别障碍5类,信息获取障碍4类,信息使用障碍3类。调研数据来自国家科技图书文献中心2006年度用户满意度调查,在全部231份问卷中,共有53人提供了有关信息行为"困难"和"希望"的文字内容,经过整理分析,形成了本次调研结果。文章最后指出了调研存在的问题以及下一步的研究方向。This paper thus analyzed various gaps occurred in the period of information identification, information acquisition and information utilization. All these gaps are categorized, among which five information identification gaps, four information acquisition gaps and three information utilization gaps. The reason for the arising of part of them are analyzed in detail. This study obtained data from 2006 user＇s satisfaction rate investigation of National S＆T Library. Among 231 Questionnaires 53 users described their troubles and expectations in information process, which formed the results. It at last pointed out the aspects to improve in this study and the future research to carry out.
