摘　　要：通过调查问卷的方式,针对高职毕业生的就业态度、就业期望、就业技巧等方面进行调查统计与分析,发现目前高职毕业生在择业就业中存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议,有利于学校对高职毕业生进行有针对性地就业指导,帮助毕业生更好地踏入社会,走上工作岗位。Through the questionnaire, by surveying and analyzing the employment attitudes, employment expectations and employment skills of the vocational college graduates, the authors found the problems existing in the job careers of the current higher vocational graduates. The authors propose the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions, which are good for carrying out the targeted employment guidance to the vocational college graduates in order to help them step into the society and go to the workplace.
