摘　　要：在实际教学质量评价中,不同学校不同时期的评教专家和评价指标体系是不同的,专家信任值和各层指标权重也不尽相同.提出专家遴选和指标体系由上层管理人员根据学校的具体情况指定,专家信任值和各层指标权重则用层次分析法确定,并根据该方法设计了一个网上教学质量评价系统.实践表明,这个系统具有伸缩性强,适用范围广的特点,体现了定性分析与定量计算相结合的原则.This paper proposes a new method of teaching evaluation and designs a teaching evaluation system based on WEB, following the principle of meta-synthesis from qualitative to quantitative. In the system, the weights of evaluation indexes are defined by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process, and experts-selection and indexes-definition can be made by higher managers at any time according to the actual situation. It is proved that the system has the merit of strong extensible and can be used in different schools.
