摘 要:有杆抽油系统中,抽油杆是传递地面能量的重要元件。为防止抽油杆管发生偏磨,抽油杆上一般安装有扶正器。为准确计算装有扶正器的抽油杆柱的受力与形变,本文考虑抽油杆几何非线性的影响,建立了考虑扶正器影响的抽油杆柱力学有限元分析模型,给出了求解方法,最后将该方法通过软件用于抽油杆及扶正器的设计。现场检泵的结果证明了本方法的准确性。The sucker rod of pumping unit system is an important component which can transmit surface energy to the pump. In order to prevent eccentric wearing of rod and tubing, there are usually installed centralizers. It is very important to calculate the stress and deflection of sucker rod with centralizers, so the paper considered the effect of geometry non-linearity and developed a suit of finite element method analytic model. The solve method of the model was developed at the same time. At last, the new method was applied to design rod assemble and centralizers by a program. The design results were compared with pump inspection results and the model's accuracy was proved.
