肾细胞癌组织中△Np63和MDM2蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨△Np63和MDM2蛋白在肾细胞癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭与转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测76例肾细胞癌和14例正常肾组织中△Np63和MDM2蛋白的表达。结果肾癌组织与正常肾组织中△Np63、MDM2蛋白的表达差异有显著性（F=28.34、22.57,q=6.471～12.529,P〈0.05）;不同病理类型的肾癌组织中△Np63、MDM2蛋白的表达差异均无显著性（q=0.093～2.169,P〉0.05）;不同临床分期肾癌组织中△Np63、MDM2蛋白的表达差异有显著性（F=24.59、10.82,q=4.694～11.971,P〈0.05）。△Np63和MDM2蛋白的表达存在着显著相关性（rs=0.513,P〈0.05）。结论△Np63和MDM2蛋白可以作为反映肾细胞癌侵袭和转移潜能的生物学指标。Objective To explore the expressions of △Np63 and MDM2 proteins in renal cell carcinoma （RCC） and their relationship with the tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods Using immunohistochemical method, △Np63 and MDM2 in 76 RCC, and 14 normal renal tissues were detected. Results The expressions of △Np63 and MDM2 inRCCandin normal renaltis sue showed significantly different between them （F=28.34,22.57;q=6. 471-12. 529;P〈0.05） ; which were not related to pathological type （q=0.093--2.169,P〉0. 05）, but related to clinical staging （F=24. 59,10. 82;q=4. 694--11. 971;P〈0. 05）. There was significant correlation between the expressions of △Np63 and MDM2 （r,=0. 513,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The ex pressions of △Np63 and MDM2 may be used as biological parameters reflecting invasion and metastasis of this cancer.
