摘 要:研究摄像机运动情况下的运动目标检测和跟踪问题,给出了一种基于块匹配的背景运动补偿差分方法.将此算法和对称差分法结合,给出了一种动摄像机的运动目标跟踪方法,以复杂场景下的人为跟踪目标进行了实验,取得了不错的跟踪效果.实验结果表明,该方法不仅消除了摄像机运动给目标检测造成的影响,而且检测提取的目标比较完整.该方法实现了对运动目标的大角度跟踪,在单摄像机的视频监控系统中有一定的实用价值.This paper focuses on the detection and tracking of moving targets in image sequences acquired by a moving camera. A difference method for background motion compensation based on block matching is proposed. By combining symmetric difference method, a tracking method for moving targets with moving camera is established. Experiments tracking people moving in a complex environment showed the good tracking effect. Using this method, the negative effects due to camera motion can be eliminated, and the target extracted from real-time images is relatively complete. As this method can track targets in a relatively wide range, so it can find potential application in video surveillance systems with a single camera.
