摘  要:井冈霉素是一种通过微生物发酵生产的农用抗生素,也是生产阿卡波糖和伏格列波糖两种糖尿病临床用药的直接原料.作者提出以8因素3水平的正交试验进行了培养基配方的优化.结果表明:最适碳源为大米淀粉.最适氮源为黄豆饼粉、花生饼粉.最适碳氮比为1∶0.45-0.57.最适培养基为大米淀粉7%、黄豆饼粉1%-2%、花生饼粉1%-2%、磷酸二氢钾0.05%.Validamycin, which produced by microbe-fenrmentation, is a antibiotic for agriculture and atso a chiefly material for manufacturing acarbose tablets and voglibose tablets to cure diabetes. Through the culture medirun recipe was optimized by the orthogonal test in eight factors and three levels. The results showed that rice powder ws the optimum carbon sources, soybean meal powers and peanut cake powers were the optimum nitrogen sources, and the optimum C/N was 1:0.45-0.57. the best recipe was rice powders 7% ,soybean meal powers 1%-2% , peanut cake powers 1% -2% and KH2PO4 0.05%.
