摘　　要：大学是先进文化的研究者、创造者和传播者,科学发展是保持高等学校在当下激烈的市场竞争中生存并不断进步的关键,大学和谐文化是保持和谐校园建设生机与活力的灵魂。大学和谐校园建设是社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,科学发展与和谐大学文化是建设和谐校园的两个抓手。A university is the researcher, creator, and transmitter of advanced cultures. Scientific development is the key to the development of a university in the competitive situation. The soul of keeping the harmonious campus vigorous is the harmonious cultures in the university. The harmonious campus is one of the most importaut part of harmonious socialist society and scientific development and harmonious cultures in the university are ＂two hand grips＂ for constructing a harmonious campus.
