高校学生组织“企业化管理”模式的探索

摘　　要：本文对高校传统的学生组织构架和校园文化活动开展模式进行了探索。经过实践,以企业管理模式为蓝本建设学生组织,将"项目管理制"运用于学生活动的开展过程,采用表格化的知识管理体系,建立完善的激励和监督反馈机制等,极大地提高了学生组织的效率,促进了校园文化活动有序高质的开展。This essay is aiming at improving and developing the traditional framework of students＇ organizations in universities and campus cultural activities as well. It is proved that constructing students＇ organization by applying ＂projects management＂ to it, adopting knowledge management system of tabular form and developing a complete and sound stimulation and supervision system contribute a lot in order and efficiency.
