摘 要:研究了变质和细化处理对搅拌法制备的15vol%SiC粒子增强的铸造Al-Si金属基复合材料的组织和机械性能的作用。试验表明,变质和细化元素的添加对该金属基复合材料组织的影响与相应的基体合金一致。变质处理使复合材料基体合金中的片状或针状共晶硅变成纤维状,细化处理能明显地细化αAl晶粒,因而能明显地提高该复合材料的拉伸性能。单独的细化处理使拉伸强度提高8%,而同时变质和细化处理使拉伸强度提高14%。The influences of modification and refinement treatment on the structure and the mechanical properties of 15vol% SiC particles reinforced AlSi cast composite produced by stirringcast technique were studied. Experimental results showed that, due to the addition of modification or refinement elements, the changes in the structure of the composite were identical with that of unreinforced matrix alloy. Modification treatment can change eutectic silicon morphology from flake or needle to fiber, and refinement treatment can obviously refine αAl grain in the SiC particles reinforced composite. Modification and refinement treatment can significantly increase the mechanical properties of the composite. The tensile strength increase by 8% through single refinement treatment, meanwhile simultaneous modification and refinement treatment have the strength increase by 14%.
