摘 要:[目的]了解水体和水产品霍乱弧菌污染情况。[方法]2003~2007年,厦门市海沧区5~10月采集水产品和水体,检测O1群霍乱弧菌和O139群霍乱弧菌。[结果]5年合计,从922份水体中检出3株霍乱弧菌,从1040份水产品中检出6株霍乱弧菌。9株霍乱弧菌均为O1群,其中小川型4株、稻叶型5株,均为霍乱弧菌肠毒素CT阴性的无毒株。[结论]厦门市海沧区外环境中的霍乱弧菌主要是O1群非流行株。[Objective]To investigate water pollution and contamination of aquatic products to vibrio cholera. [Methods] Water and aquatic products sample were tested for O1 and O139 vibrio cholera in Haicang district from May to Oct each year during 2003-2007. [Results]Total 922 samples were collected from water in five years,and V. cholera were found in 3 samples. Moreover,V. cholera were found in 6 samples from 1 040 samples collected from aquatic products. All the 9 samples were vibrio cholera O1 strains. There were 4 0gawa and 5 Inaba. They were non-toxic strains with negative CT. [Conclusion]There were mainly non-epidemic strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 in external environment in Haicang district of Xiamen.
