摘  要:本文对新制造的连续式渗碳炉氮基气氛渗碳工艺的设计与调试进行了分析、讨论和试验,结果表明,采用N2+甲醇制备的氮基气氛与丙烷气作为渗碳富化气进行渗碳,其工艺的设计与调试满足了加工产品的技术要求,因此是合理的,并作为一种安全、可靠和节能的热处理工艺值得推广。In this paper carburizing process design and adjusting of nitrogen - based atmosphere were analyzed, discussed and tested on the new made continuous carburizing furnace. The results show that, when carburizing was carried out by using nitrogen -based atmosphere made by N2 + CH3OH and propane used as rich carbon gas, technology requirements of the products can be met by the process design and adjusting , so it is reasonable and worthy to be spread as a kind of safe, reliable and energy saving process of heat treatment.
