摘  要:以诺丁斯的关心教育理论为基础,从重视师生情感关系的建立和融洽,把爱作为师生情感关系大厦的基石,以学生为主体、实现师生之间情感交流上的人格平等,以及把对话作为师生之间情感交流的重要方式和有效途径等四个方面,阐述了其理论对于构建和谐师生情感关系的启示。This paper discusses the inspirations of Noddings educational theory of "care" for construction of emotion relationship between teachers and students from four aspects that include pay more attention to establishment and harmony of emotion relationship between teachers and students, construct emotion relationship between teachers and students based on love, conmmunicate with students equally in personality, dialouge should be considered as an important and effective means.
