摘 要:提出了估算油墨等效电阻率数学物理模型,建立了油墨等效电阻率与颜料颗粒半径、颗粒间距、颗粒与溶剂(连接料)电阻率等参数之间的关系,通过计算研究了这些参数及颜料颗粒与溶剂体积比对油墨等效电阻率的影响,并利用实验对计算结果进行了验证,取得了一致的结果。该模型对配制特定要求导电性能的油墨具有指导作用。A mathematical-physical model to calculate the effective resistivity of printing ink was proposed. The relationship between the effective resistivity of printing ink and the parameters of pigmented particle radius, particle distance, particle resistivity, solution resistivity and etc were established. The influence of those parameters and ratio of volume between the pigmental particle and solution on the effective resistivity was studied through computation method, which had been validated by experiments. It was showed that the method will be of important instructing signification for making the printing ink which has especial conductivities.
