摘　　要：讨论了影响网印质量的3个主要因素,设计了正交实验方法,以网点面积的扩大为指标,考察了选取的3个主要因素对实验结果的影响,得到了其对网印产品质量的影响程度和优化产品质量的工艺组合,追加实验表明印品质量较好。分析了实验的不足并指出了以后的研究方向,对生产实践具有一定的实用价值。Three main parameters of screen-printing were discussed and an orthogonal experiment was designed. The dot gain rate was taken as the index and the influence of the three parameters on the experiment results was analyzed. The effect degree of the parameters and the optimized parameters combination were gotten, the added experiment results indicated that the quality of the printing were better. Tile shortage of the experiment was analyzed and future research orientation was put forward. T he result has some practical value for the production.
