摘  要:以翠冠梨为试材,以露地栽培为对照,研究大棚栽培条件下梨果实生长发育过程中碳水化合物的动态变化。结果表明:翠冠梨大棚栽培与露地栽培果实碳水化合物的含量变化规律基本一致;前期以积累淀粉为主,盛花后44~100d果实淀粉含量持续下降,同时可溶性总糖含量快速增加。大棚栽培增加了果实果糖的含量和在总糖中的比值,提高了果实的品质。The dynamic change in carbohydrate contents in the fruits of Cuiguan pears was studied under the conditions of greenhouse and open air cultivations. The results showed that the change in carbohydrate contents in fruits of pearswith greenhouse cultivation was similar to open air cultivations, namely, starch was mainly accumulated in the prophase of the fruit development and its content decreased continuously during 44 to 100 days after blooming stage, while the content of total soluble sugar increased rapidly. Greenhouse cultivation increased the content of fructose and he ratio of glucose/total sugar, thus improved the fruit quality.
