恶臭假单胞菌株HZ-2产嗜铁素的发酵条件研究

摘　　要：为明确恶臭假单胞菌株HZ-2产嗜铁素的发酵条件,采用摇瓶发酵法,通过CAS检测分析,对影响嗜铁素分泌的几种发酵因子进行了研究。结果表明,适合嗜铁素分泌的最佳培养条件是:pH值为6.5,接种量为2%,发酵时间为48 h,装瓶量为50/150 mL,Fe3+浓度为0.1 mg/L,Al3+浓度为2.7 mg/L。In order to explore fermentation conditions of siderophore produced by Pseudornonas putida strain HZ-2, we had studied several fermentation factors affected secretion of siderophore with the methods of flask fermentation and CAS detection analysis in the paper. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions suitable for secretion of siderephore were initial pH 6.5, inoculation amount 2%, culture time 48 h, media amount 50/150 （mL）, Fe3＋ concentration 0.1 mg·L^- 1, Al3 ＋ concentration 2.7 mg·L^- 1.
