国内外食品接触纸质包装材料安全法规的现状

摘　　要：论述了欧美国家及中国的食品接触纸质包装材料的相关法令法规,并着重对法规中规定的纸质包装材料中需检测有害物质进行了详细论述。指出纸质包装材料中化学残留物通常会迁移到食品中,从而造成食品的污染并威胁到消费者的健康。世界各国非常重视制定相关的食品卫生安全法令法规以保障食品包装的安全。但是,目前世界各国之间的食品接触纸质包装材料法令法规存在很大差异。Safety regulations of food-contact paper based packaging materials in China, Europe, and A- merican countries were reviewed, and the harmful substances should be detected requested in the regula- tions were emphasized in detail. It was put forward that the residual chemicals in packaging materials may migrate into foods and results in contamination and thus constitutes a great threat toward public health. Therefore, the safety regulations were implemented to protect the hygienic safety of food in each country. But the safety regulations of food-contact paper based packaging materials of each country are of great dif- ferent from each other.
