摘  要:研究了木片预挤压对落叶松硫酸盐法制浆的影响,根据正交实验结果选择出较合适的蒸煮工艺条件为:用碱量17%,硫化度26%,液比1∶5,最高温度178℃,升温时间180min,保温时间80min。与未经预挤压的原木片在相同条件下的蒸煮结果相比,木片预挤压使蒸煮后得率提高,高锰酸钾值降低,浆料易打浆,抗张指数和耐折度增加,但撕裂强度和耐破指数下降。The influence of pre-extrusion on larch Kraft pulping is investigated in this paper. The results of orthogonal experiment indicate that the suitable pulping conditions are as follows: alkali dosage 17% , sulfidity 26% , wood to liquid ratio 1 : 5, maxium temperature 178℃ , time to temperature 180min, time at temperature 80min. Under this conditions, the yield of screened pulp is 46.2% and potassium permanganate value is 25. 0. Comparing with the pulp from original chips, the pulping with chip pre-extrusion gives higher pulp yield and lower potassium permanganate value under the same cooking conditions. The pulp beating degree is more easily to be increased. Higher tensile index and folding strength are gotten but lower tear strength and burst index appear with the pulp from chips pre-extrusion process.
