摘　　要：根据国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》编制的原则,通过对多层砖混结构房屋的震害分析,提出了相应的减轻震害,提高整体性的设计方法及构造措施,从而确保建筑工程具备合理的抗御地震的能力。Based on the principle of Chinese standard for Seismic Design Norm of Buildings, the author puts forward the design method and the structural measures to reduce the earthquake damage and improve the integrity through the analysis of the earthquake damage of the multi- layer masonry structure buildings, and to ensure the construction engineering to have the sei^nic capacity.
