摘　　要：音乐和体育作为人类在劳动和发展过程中演绎出来的精神产物,有其种种内在联系,在许多体育项目中都穿插了音乐的元素。高校体育教育中亦完全可以引用音乐,使两者有机结合,不仅能够增强体育的功能,更好地实现体育教育的目的任务,而且有助于学生艺术素养的提高。Music and sports, which are closely related, are the humants products in the process of production and development. Many sports are interludes with the music element. College physical education should adopt music so that the two can be integrated to better achieve the sports＇ educational purpose and improve studentsI artistic accomplishment.
