摘　　要：随着现代制造业的快速发展,传统数控系统兼容性差、功能不易扩展、人机界面不灵活等缺点日益显现,数控系统的开放化已成为数控技术的主流。开发了一种基于PC机的开放式四轴运动控制器并对其软、硬件组成及设计方法进行了详细阐述。With the development of modern manufacture, it is more and more obvious that traditional numerical control system is bad in compatibility and is extended uneasily in function and is not flexible in interface of people——machine. The open CNC system has been the research aim of numerical control technology. So, the open motion controllers based on PC is developed in the paper. In addition, the component and design of the software and hardware is introduced in detail.
