村医生对结核病防治激励机制满意度研究

摘　　要：目的:了解山东省村医生对结核病防治的激励机制满意度及影响因素。方法:本研究采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取山东省3个地市的6个县区共计1824名村医生,采用问卷和访谈的方式调查相关内容,采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结论:大多数村医生对目前国家在结核病防治方面的经济激励政策表示满意,仍有少数村医生认为肺结核病报病奖和监督管理费标准太低且有人认为非经济激励比经济激励更重要。建议:结合村医生意愿,探讨符合实际且可行的经济激励标准,同时应辅以一定的非经济激励政策来加强经济激励政策对村医生的激励作用。Objective To understand the satisfaction about the stimulating mechanism in preventing and curing tuberculosis of county doctors in Shandong province. Methods According to the GDP per person, 1 824 registered country doctors form six counties of three cities with different social and economic development levels were randomly chosen by the stratified-cluster sampling method. They have been investigated and interviewed. The data was analyzed with the SPSS13.0 package. Results Most of them were satisfied with the policies related to TB, while minority doctors regarded that the subsidy standard should be improved toa higher level and noneconomic stimulating factors were more important than economically stimulating factors. Conclusion Combined with the willingness of county doctors, new economical stimulating standard which is practical and logical should be explored. At the same time, some noneconomic stimulating policies should be implemented to strengthen the function of the economically stimulating policies.
