摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),系统研究了"蓝色素"的分离提取方法,确定了蓝色素测定的色谱条件,在此基础上进行了色谱测定的方法学研究,明确了蓝色素的线性范围、最低检出限、精密度及回收率,并建立了最佳的定量方法。Separation and extraction of blue pigments in textiles were analyzed by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC） method. The optimum measuring conditions were determined, and the concentration in which a fine linear range presented , the lowest detection limits, precision and recovery rate of this method were introduced. The best quantitative method was established.
