双通道热丝法熔点仪的温度测控电路设计

摘  要:在热丝法熔点仪的研制过程中,温度测控电路的设计是关键环节,针对传统的单热丝法熔点仪测温误差大、升温速度缓慢、恒温时温度稳定度差等缺点,根据PWM(脉宽调制)控制技术和数字PID控制算法原理,提出了一种基于双通道热丝法熔点仪的温度测控电路,实现了对双通道热丝法熔点仪的温度测控,给出了电路的设计与分析过程。实验结果表明:该电路的温度测控性能良好,提高了热丝法熔点仪的整体性能。In the development of hot-wire smelting point instrument, temperature measurement and control circuit is an important part. There are big temperature measurement error, slow pace of warming up, the insta- bility of temperature control of thermostats and with inconveniency to observe experimental results, and so on. With PWM control technology and using digital PID control algorithm principle, we propose a measurement and control circuit based on double channel hot-wire smelting point instrument to realize temperature measure- ment and control of double channel hot-wire melting point instrument. The circuit design and analysis are pres- ented. The experimental results show that the temperature measurement and control circuit perform very well and overall performance of hot-wire smelting point instrument is improved.
