摘　　要：将人工神经网络方法引入到房地产市场预警体系中,通过人工神经网络分析出警兆指标和房地产市场警情变化之间的内在关系,同时分析了深圳市房地产投资情况,以预测房地产发展趋势,更好地促进我国房地产市场健康发展。This paper uses BP neutral network into risk analysis, analyzing a police sign target and the real estate market police intelligence change intrinsic relations through BP neural networks, analyzing Shenzhen investment in real estates situation to forecast that emphatically the real estate trend of development, and to promote our country real estate market health development well.
