摘  要:制定八套不同类型的健身运动处方,并在大学生课外活动中进行处方锻炼实验,探讨各类型健身运动处方锻炼对大学生血流动力流变学参数的影响,比较其不同的健身效果.为提高大学生课外体育锻炼的科学性、锻炼增强心血管功能的实效性提供实验参考.结果显示:锻炼后男女生各实验组动脉压差、血管弹性扩张系数、血管顺度、总血容量、微循环半更新率比锻炼前有不同程度增大,多数实验组主动脉排空系数比锻炼前增大,总周阻力、左心室喷血阻抗、血液粘度、微循环半更新时间、微循环平均滞留时间有不同程度的降低,表明本实验制定的健身运动处方可有效增强人体的心血管功能,很好改善人体的血液状况,对人体微循环功能也有很好的促进作用.8 sets of exercise prescriptions are designed to improve physical flexibility, stamina, strength, dexterity, speed, sliminess,weight, and overall fitness, and they have been experimented upon college students. Through the experiment, this paper discusses the effects of different exercise prescriptions on college students' several parameters of blood rheology and also compares the different functions of different prescriptions. It provides useful information for improving students' scientific exercising outside class and for bettering the actual effects of students' cardiovascular function through exercise. The results show that after exercise the PP, ETK, AC,BV, and ALK will increase to some degree and BK will increase while TR,VR,V,ALT, and TM will decrease to some degree in most of experimenters. It also suggests that the prescriptions we made can effectively improve the cardiorascular function and blood rheology and promote microcirculation.
