医院感染知识继续教育与效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过对医院工作人员进行针对性的医院感染知识的继续教育，加强医院工作人员医院感染的防控意识和能力，提高医院感染管理质量和水平。方法加强医院感染专职人员队伍建设，强化专职人员知识层次和结构，提高工作人员参与医院感染防控的意识，开展形式多样的医院感染知识培训。结果医院工作人员医院感染知晓率上升32．9％，年终医院感染知识考核平均成绩提高23．5分，总体合格率达96％，医务人员洗手依从性比培训前提高26．7％。结论对医院工作人员进行有计划、针对性的医院感染知识继续教育是一种可行性强、行之有效的培训方法。Objective To enhance prevention and control of the nosocomial infection, improve the quality of nosocomail infection management and control level by giving proper continuing education of nosocomail infection to hospital staff. Methods To establish a professional team of nosocomial infection, strengthen the knowledge of nosocomail infection specialists, improve the staff＇s awareness of joining nosocomial infection prevention and control, and carry out various nosocomail infection training for hospital staff. Results In staff, the rate of people having the knowledge about nosocomail infection has been ascend 32.9%, the average score of examination has been improved 23.5 at the end of year, the qualified rate was 96%, and comparing with before training, the rate of washing hand of medical staff has been improved 26.7%. Conclusions Carrying out planed and proper continuing education on nosocomail infection is an effective method for hospital staff.
