摘　　要：文章从供应链的角度出发,首先阐述了精益物流和六西格玛的内涵,随后将六西格玛引入到精益物流系统中,引出精益六西格玛物流的概念和内涵,最后又探讨了六西格玛在精益物流系统中的实施过程,旨在将六西格玛管理技术与精益物流系统相互融合,以实现整个供应链系统的最优化为最终目的。This paper describes the connotation of lean logistics and six sigma, introduces six sigma to the lean logistics system, leads to the concept and connotation of lean six sigma logistics and investigates the implementation process of six sigma and the lean logistics system, in order to optimize the whole supply chain system.
