摘　　要：供应链战略联盟的演变和其他任何自然系统一样,有着其发生、发展乃至终结的生命周期。文章从供应链战略联盟的定义出发,分析了供应链战略联盟不同生命阶段的特点,实际阐述了供应链战略联盟在企业中的运用情况。借助传统生命周期的理论方法,以联盟利益最大化为判别标准,理性企业为研究前提,对供应链战略联盟的生命周期进行界定,在一定程度上辅助了企业在不同生命周期阶段转换时的决策工作。The evolution of supply chain strategic alliance has nothing different with the natural system whose life cycle is consisted of changes, based on the definhion of supply chain strategic alliance, the paper analyzes its charadteristic in every life phase and argues about the real application in companies. Refer to the relevant theories, the paper defines the life cycle of supply chain strategic alliance on the guideline of the maximum benefits which does something good to the company decision in different life phase.
