摘　　要：文章概述加拿大、德国、日本等发达国家大学图书馆联盟在理论和实践方面的发展历程及其特点,阐述了对我国图书馆联盟发展的启示。University library consortiums of developed countries have been playing a leading role. The paper introduces the history, status quo, and characteristics of the university library consortium abroad such as America, Canada, Germany and Japan, and discusses the relative topic in China.
