摘　　要：信息社会发展迅速促使高校图书馆面临更多挑战,本文从垂直价值链的角度,对高校图书馆从供应商到信息用户这一业务过程中资源采集、资源管理、资源流通、资源增值提供、用户教育等一系列主要活动进行了分析,由此归纳和发掘高校图书馆的核心竞争力。With the rapid development of the society, university library confronts with more challenges. Based on vertical value-chain, this paper analyzes the main process of university library＇ S business which begins with providers and ends with information users, involving resource collection, resource management, resource circulation, resource increment offer and user education. Hereby, it induces and digs the core competence of the university library.
