高强度、银白色、中温熔点口腔铸造合金的研制

摘　　要：根据相图和位错理论，结合电子探针和Ｘ射线衍射分析，配制了新的口腔铸造合金（简称ＸＢ２２１Ｓ合金），成份为Ｃｕ３６－３８Ｚｎ３６－３８Ｎｉ１８－１９Ｓ５－１０，其中Ｓ代表少量或微量元素Ｓｂ、Ｓｉ、Ｓｎ、Ｇｅ和Ｉｎ，总含量为５－１０％。合金熔点９５０－９８０℃。经口腔科临床试用，效果良好。新合金强度高、成本低、呈银白色。它克服了市售ＣｕＺｎＮｉ合金抗腐蚀性能差，使用后合金颜色变黄的缺点。A new dental alloy Cu 36 38 Zn 36 38 N 18 19 S 5 10 (XB221S) was created based on the phase diagrams and dislocation theory, where S represents minor additive elements: Sb、Si、Sn、Ge and In, and their total amount is 5 10 wt % The melting point of this alloy is 950 980℃ This alloy have been successfully used to the clinical cure of dental surgery It has better anti corrosion and cheaper than the commercial CuZnNi and AgInZn dental alloys respectively Its colour is silver white The basic concept of the choosing alloying elements was discussed in detail
