摘 要:目的研究超声辐照对神经母细胞瘤株SK-N-SH细胞化疗敏感性的影响。方法将SK-N-SH细胞分为长春新碱组(VCR组)和长春新碱+超声组(VCR+U组)。VCR组细胞加入不同浓度的长春新碱,进行超声假照。VCR+U组细胞在加入不同浓度的长春新碱后再接受超声辐照(频率:0.8MHz,声强:1.0W/cm^2,时间:40s),用MTT法检测各组细胞的存活率。结果当VCR浓度较低时,VCR+U组细胞存活率较VCR组明显降低。结论超声辐照可以增强SK-N-SH细胞对化疗药物长春新碱的敏感性。Objective To research the effect of ultrasound on the chemotherapeutic sensitivity of SK-N-SH Neuroblastoma cells. Methods The SK-N-SH cells were divided into 2 groups: the ex- perimental and the control, The experimental group were then divided into VCR and VCR + Ultra- sound (U) subgroups. In VCR group, the cell suspensions were treated with sham irradiation after adding VCR with different concentration; in VCR + U group, the cell suspensions were treated with ultrasound irradiation after adding VCR with different concentration. MTT assay was used to assess the survival rate of SK-N-SH cells in each group. Results The survival rate of SK-N-SH cells in VCR + U group was lower than that in VCR group when the concentrations of VCR were relatively low. Conclusions Ultrasound can increase the cytotoxic effect of VCR on SK-N-SH cells.
