摘　　要：从上海里弄式住宅的历史变迁谈起,该文论述了里弄式民居的空间组织特征和形态构成特点,针对人们对里弄住宅的向往,分析人们越来越对里弄产生愉悦感的原因以及人们对这种愉悦感产生需求的本质,强调人的愉悦感在建筑保护与建筑创作中的重要性以及合理对待人们的愉悦需求。Beginning with the historical vicissitude of Shanghai Lane Residence, this article discusses its characteristics of spatial organization and patterns composition, analyzes the reasons that people are more and more pleasured with it and requirement essences of this pleasure sense according to people＇s yearning for the lane, emphasizes the importance of pleasure sense in architecture protection and creation as well as the necessity of treating reasonably people＇s pleasure requirement.
