摘 要:采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了等温球化退火对30SiMnCrMoVTi钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:等温球化退火可使试验合金最终热处理后的组织细化、均匀化。等温球化退火提高了30SiMnCrMoVTi的综合力学性能,其中冲击韧性平均提高4.67%;抗拉强度提高2.53%;伸长率提高8.59%;断面收缩率提高2.36%,但是对硬度影响不大。同时提高了动载荷下试验合金的耐磨性能,可使磨损量减少8%~17%。The influence of isothermal spheroidization on microstructure and performance of 30SiMnCrMoVTi steel was examined by means of SEM, XRD and wear test. The results show that isothermal spheroidization can refine and uniform the microstructure of 30SiMnCrMoVTi steel, enhance its strength, toughness and ductility. Impact toughness, tensile strength, elongation and reduction of area for the steel isothermally spheroidized increase about 4.67%, 2.53%, 8.59% and 2.36%, respectively as compared with the annealed steel, however, no singnificant effect on hardnees of the steel is observed. Wear resistance of the isothermally spheroidized steel is significantly improved.
