摘　　要：患者,男,59岁,因转移性右下腹痛1d入院,术前诊断为急性阑尾炎,行阑尾切除术,术后病理确诊为阑尾转移性腺癌.肺腺癌阑尾转移临床较为罕见.A male patient of 59 years old was acirrutted aue to the metastatic right lower abdominal pain for I day. He was treated with appendectomy because of preoperative diagnosis for acute appendicitis, but the pathological examination confirmed the metastatic adenocarcinoma, which was rare in clinic.
