摘　　要：随着医学模式的转变,研究心理因素对疾病的影响已成为现代医学发展的重要内容。口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP)是反映口腔疾病对病人的身体、心理和社会功能等方面影响程度的综合评估。它的产生,是对现代口腔医学研究的有力补充,也带动了世界范围对口腔健康相关生存质量研究的关注。该文旨在通过介绍该量表的产生、发展、特点等内容,以探讨OHIP在我国的未来发展和应用。With the chang of medicinal pattern, research on psychological factors impacting diseases has become an important content in modern medicine. Oral health impact profile （OHIP） is subjected to the comprehensive assessment of oral diseases in the areas of physical, psychological and social function. It is well complementary for modern dentistry researches, and also leads to the much concerns on oral health related quality in the world. To explore the possibility of OHIP application in China, this paper aimed to describe the formation, development, features of OHIP, and to express the prospects in the near future of OHIP in Chinese.
