摘　　要：伴随着《劳动合同法》的实施,为了构建和谐劳动关系,切实保护劳动者的合法权益,工会在劳动合同的订立和解除、集体合同的签订和履行、企业规章制度的制定、企业的裁员、企业单方解除劳动关系等领域必将发挥举足轻重的作用。同时,工会也将借助企业、政府与工会的劳动关系三方机制,加强对劳动者权益的保护。With the implement of labor contract law, to build harmonious labor relations and protect the legal rights and interests of workers, unions play an important role in making and relieving contract, signing and fulfilling collective contract, building the bylaws of enterprises, laying off the workers, relieving contract unilaterally, and .so on. Meantime, unions should strengthen the protection for labor by dint of the tripartite system of labor relation between enterprises, government and unions.
