摘 要:针对现有仿真分布式传输线的瞬态响应的算法多只适用于特定类型的问题,从描述传输线的频域电报方程出发,提出了一种基于广义逆矩阵指数函数Pade逼近的方法,能快速准确地求得互连线的频域瞬态响应,然后转换到时域,获得时域响应.仿真结果证明了算法的有效性和准确性,并且适用于非均匀耦合频变多导体互连线.The methods to simulate the transient response of interconnects can only be used in special types at present. From the telegraph equations that describe the characteristics of interconnects in frequency domain, a novel approach to analyze the coupled transmission line circuits transiently by using the generalized inverse matrix Pade approximation to exponential function was presented to solve the telegraph equations. After the responses in frequency domain were obtained, they were transformed into time domain to implement the responses in time domain. Simulation results showed that this method was efficient and accurate in treating coupled, nonuniform, lossy, and dispersive transmission line circuits.
